It starts with how you are greeted, how well the service advisor really listens to your concerns, to the expert repair of your vehicle and then to the service advisor reviewing with you what was done and alerting one to anything that may need attention in the future. And, finally, the payment and paperwork is quickly and pleasantly expedited by the customer service people at the desk. P.S. And anytime there is any other follow-up, the follow-up calls were made in a timely manner. More
