A delightful, professional and fun experience! What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our sales rep, Luis Herrera, was so helpful and taught us so much about our new vehicle even though What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our sales rep, Luis Herrera, was so helpful and taught us so much about our new vehicle even though we are long-time 30 plus Buick owners. We never felt rushed or pressured and he truly went out of his way to be gracious and to get us a terrific deal. Unlike a previous dealership (Chevy) experience, Luis spent very adequate time with us learning how t program the various settings etc. in our new Terrain.His enthusiasm for the vehicles is obvious! He is a true gentleman and a credit to your dealership. We would certainly request him again with any future purchases. Jan Kennedy, the finance rep. was extremely helpful going over our options with us. She is also a delight and a real professional. We continue to appreciate the great service dept. over the years at John Paul's (Solomon even helped find my lost wedding ring in one of our cars!) More
