Mr. Sonny Bethancourt was not only very professional but so sensitive to the needs of this customer! I have been buying cars since 1988 and I have NEVER been more satisfied! I was referred to Mr. Sonny by my family and I went everywhere else but to Mr. Sonny. Well, when I finally made to him at Sheehy Ford, I was so glad I did! The team that worked with me and Mr. Sonny, Paula Caruso, Roxanne Wilson and Kevin, were all awesome as well!!! I am the happiest customer for the month of September!!! Wish I could give ZERO stars We went to Sheehy because we were past customers, worst experience EVER! Sat for 3 1/2 hours to finalize a deal that was made before we got there. Thi We went to Sheehy because we were past customers, worst experience EVER! Sat for 3 1/2 hours to finalize a deal that was made before we got there. This was just paperwork time, with something we already have financing for. The sales agent walked more than anything and would disappear for long periods of time and come back with nothing extra done. General Manager Paula even came out to talk about the vehicle as well. Were supposed to be called that evening with when we would get our vehicle (from another dealer) and did not get the call. Called next day to be told on Monday. Call Monday to check status and they tell us that they will call us back. They call back Monday afternoon to say the car isn't even available. At what point during this process was that even checked? 3 days after our credit was ran and financing set up and all paperwork complete? During that 3 1/2 hours we wasted ,never once was this verified? VERY unhappy and this dealership gives Ford a bad name, and creates a big risk for me. More

He is confident about Ford automobiles without being cocky, and was steadfast and diligent about ensuring my customer satisfaction with the automobile of my choosing, a Ford Fusion Titanium. I'm certain that next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, Mr. Betancourt will be the first person I seek for advice. Additionally, I enjoyed working with Ms. Abreham to rap up the finalization of the buying, maintenance, and service contracts. More
