Awesome I have been enjoying the customer service experience. I have had amazing encounters except this last time where my paper work was left sitting until I I have been enjoying the customer service experience. I have had amazing encounters except this last time where my paper work was left sitting until I asked. I truly appreciate Regal Honda staff and personnel but I wanted to point it out because I did not appreciate that incident. I will continue to be a customer and will encourage others to visit your business. Please address my concern. It is because of my previous experiences prior to this situation that is why I travel approximately 50 miles to your location as opposed to the closest location to me. Thank you advance. Nicest car purchase I have ever made We traveled over a hundred miles to buy a particular car after calling the dealership to make sure they still had it. Sales staff was excellent, got u We traveled over a hundred miles to buy a particular car after calling the dealership to make sure they still had it. Sales staff was excellent, got us into a test drive right away and we decided to make the purchase. Because it was a recent inventory vehicle it still needed to be serviced and detailed. By the time we got all the paperwork taking care of for the purchase the car was standing out front and ready for us to drive home. Awesome sales and awesome service department. More
