Worst experience ever! Drove 4 hours when we worked out a solid deal over the phone. I get there, and they didn't even let me get to test drive the car before they had me in Drove 4 hours when we worked out a solid deal over the phone. I get there, and they didn't even let me get to test drive the car before they had me inside trying to work up ANOTHER deal. We agreed on a price for my trade, and then they wanted to back out of what they agreed on ... they finally drug their feet and came back around to the original deal after threatening to leave. So before filling out paperwork to close the deal, I go out and the sales person ask's "hey you do know this has 3,100 miles on this, right?" ... are flipping kidding me ... I'm paying nearly $50k for a new car, and your website states new, and 5 miles! And then you drag your feet to meet the original deal, and the car turns out to be a demo! The salesman had nothing to do with us, and was pretty much non-existent the whole process, and sales manager was typical ... all about themselves, and screwing over the customer at all cost! The only person that seemed to have any common sense was the finance manager, and he could do simple math! When it was all said and done, they went and "took the car to be cleaned", it came back dirtier. The cherry on the cake, I asked "if they wouldn't mind filling up the tank full of gas?", they give you the typical "absolutely" ... paperwork was complete and they handed me the keys, I kindly asked if they filled it with fuel? They responded "we will take care of it", they proceeded to offer me a fuel voucher, where I finally had enough and said "no, please go fill the tank before we leave!" ... Do not give these idiots your business! The entire experience was ridiculous! More

Car buying experience was quick, effective, and truthful. You won't find that everywhere. My car salesman Sopele Togba made sure that I understood what my options were and that I was getting the best deals. He didn't try to push any sales items on me or try to pressure me to buy anything else. Because I had a great experience, I recommend the dealership to a friend of mine and she also got a car from there as well. More

Do not go there ! The worst dealer I've ever been at 0/5. First of all the customer service experience was horrible. I asked the sales person for a quote. He gives me a price way over $3500 on top of the cars total price in comparison to their online site. I then ask to explain me what the different fees added to the total of the price are so I could have an idea. The sales person could not explain me anything and I could not even understand him since he had a strong accent. I am latino guy who also has a little bit of an accent, but I always try to find a way to explain the things. After not understanding the fees, I grabbed the paper with the quote and was about to leave, when the salesman tried ro grab the quote out of my hands, without saying that I wasnt supposed to take it home with me(dealership policy). Which I still don't understand why, since they provide online quotes. Anyway, he was very rude and even made my wife, who was with my 6-month old son, feel uncomfortable. Also, when showing me the cars, he didn't want to show me the exact model I wanted, and when I questioned him about a better model with a better price that I saw online, he hesitated to check if they had it there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Go to a place where they have knowledge about what they are offering/charging you, and know how to work with people in a respectful way. More

no gimmicks Troy S was wonderful!!! Fast and simply costumer service, he asked me what I wanted got me preapproved and I'm so happy with my "2015" Altima. Also go Troy S was wonderful!!! Overall an excellent experience. Everyone at the dealership was genuinely friendly and eager to help, not like some of my experience of other dealerships. I could not come down with my Wife and Daug dealership was genuinely friendly and eager to help, not like some of my experience of other dealerships. I could not come down with my Wife and Daughter to test drive the vehicle, so they came down on their own and reported that there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. The next day, I came down and purchased the vehicle. My Sales person put the permanent tags on, filled the car with gas, and had it cleaned inside and out (even though I didn't think it needed it). On the way out, everyone we passed either thanked us for our business or wished us a good night. Very professional and friendly. Received such a great price on the vehicle and when I went through USAA to finance it, they said I got a fantastic deal and already had over $ 6,000 in equity. I felt very at ease with this dealership and can't recommend it enough. More

Let me start out by saying, these people really do aim to please. The best car buying experience ever. My first car buying experience was in FL and I bought a used car. It was more of a hassle than anything. please. The best car buying experience ever. My first car buying experience was in FL and I bought a used car. It was more of a hassle than anything. This visit I bought a new car. And it was more fun and exciting just waiting to sign those papers. Way to go people!!! You guys really did an AWESOME job. Sopele found us the most incentives and Tony was right there with him working on a deal to get us in to our brand new car. I will definitely come back again and again. It's been almost a year now and I am smooth sailing in my 2012 Rogue. Also, been in for scheduled maintanence, let me say, the Service Department, ROCKS!!!!! They're always quick and eager to help. I love this dealership and would refer any and everyone here for all services that are offered!!! Thanks COWLES NISSAN for EVERYTHING :) More
