I purchased a 2017 armada I told them I only had a certain amount to put down. They talked me into putting down more and paying extra for gap insurance and also an extended warranty… and exactly one w certain amount to put down. I was stuck on the side of the road. I contacted the service department where I was given the runaround for about two days. Before I was actually assisted when I went down to turn the vehicle in to be serviced. I was told that I could get a rental car for the time being when I try to get the rental car I was asked to pay $500 to get it then I was thought I couldn’t get it. I had to go in to the car dealership to show my devastation. Mind you I paid extra for an extended warranty, so the rental car was covered I went almost 2 weeks without hearing anything, and when I was told that I would be called back, no one ever called me back I left voice messages that were returned, just all around shaky experience, except for a couple staff members that went out of their way to assist me I had to call in and check when to see my car would be done. And it actually seems shaky when I push the gas.! a woman called me a couple days ago to ask me to do a survey and she would give me 2 fills, of free gas. Then asked me to ignore the survey and not do it due to my experience and she would still give me one free tank of gas. More
