As we all know, it’s very challenging to purchase a new vehicle nowadays. Supply chain issues, inflation, gas prices… I went to Germain Honda of Naples with the intention of obtaining information on new ve vehicle nowadays. Supply chain issues, inflation, gas prices… I went to Germain Honda of Naples with the intention of obtaining information on new vehicle availability and possible wait times. I was greeted by Soren García and he answered all my questions and concerns. After looking at the new vehicle inventory I decided on a vehicle and ordered it. The wait time was estimated at 6 weeks but it ended up being about 8. Throughout the wait, Soren kept in contact with me which made it easier to cope with the stress of waiting for my new vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, Soren took the time to explain many of the features on the car. In a difficult time to buy a car, Soren was like a partner rather than a salesman which made the whole process easier. I highly recommend Soren García and Germain Honda of Naples if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle and a great buying experience. More

Soren was very helpful. We to see a used vehicle but it did not impress us very much. He then showed us a similar vehicle and we were sold on it right away. He was very patient and helpful with us. The website was very easy to use and provided all important information. I received a call from Soren Garcia and we discussed what model I was interested in. He called back with a price for a cash important information. I received a call from Soren Garcia and we discussed what model I was interested in. He called back with a price for a cash sale and I told him when I would be in to buy it. He had the car ready for me at the price quoted, demonstrated features and synced my phone to the car. The young man who handled further paperwork tried to sell me a repair insurance package but, when I said I was not interested, he continued with the paperwork. It went so well I told my sister and she came in the next day and bought a car. More
