Horrible Customer Service I have been to Downtown Nashville Nissan to get my oil changed twice. The first time was a great experience, and I was excited to go here rather than I have been to Downtown Nashville Nissan to get my oil changed twice. The first time was a great experience, and I was excited to go here rather than driving back to Bowling Green where I use to live. The second time I went, the service rep. (Spencer Dixon) was very rude and inconsiderate. He was having issues with pulling my car up to do a simple oil change... he consistently kept asking if my car had ever been here before. I told him yes, yes, and yes time after time. He was still having issues and continued to ask. He said you know these computers do a pretty good job at keeping information. Sounded like he was calling me a liar. There was an oil change sticker that said downtown Nissan on my windshield that was my last step to "prove" that my car gad been there before. Finally he found me, and he was rude and areagnt the rest of the time I was there, not caring at all about a good customer experience. I am now having issues with my air, not caused by the service from last time, and went to Downtown Nissan again. The girl that first helped me out (I believe her name is Dusty) was very very helpful and considerate. I was thinking, wow, I may have a good experience this time. She bad to ask a question, and here comes Spencer again... He was rude yet again, and I told her exactly how I felt once he walked away. He asked me a question about my extended warranty, and very arrogantly gave two thumbs up and said "got it?". I told the girl, Dusty, that I would not be back. She even came to check on me while I was waiting in the waiting area. I will drive to Bowling Green if I have to before coming back here, and I will be speaking to a manager about Spencer. More

Rip Off! I took my vehicle in for an assessment. The battery and brake light were on and the information panel had stopped working. I was told that I needed to I took my vehicle in for an assessment. The battery and brake light were on and the information panel had stopped working. I was told that I needed to replace the entire computer assay and that the transfer case was leaking transmission fluid. Fortunately I took two male colleagues with me. They both inspected the vehicle and found only a bead of oil on the transmission. According to this dealership the total cost to repair my while would be about $4,000. I took my vehicle to a locally owned repair shop. The problem was the alternator. It only cost $800 to repair. No transmission problems at all. The dipstick had not been installed properly after an oil change. There was no reference to the alternator going bad on the computer print out the dealership provided. I'm sure they would have "discovered" the problem $4,000 later. I will never take my vehicle to this dealership. More
