Ivan and Julia were wonderful helping me purchase my car. A week in a had an issue with car and Greg S and Eric H came to my house and picked up my car and took it back to the dealership. Management team is great, and the owner is hands down the best! Was having a few issues with getting approved and Todd and his management staff didn’t hesitate to answer when I called for help stepped in and best! Hands down the best car buying experience ever. From our beginning interaction with Nathan from internet sales to set up our appointment to the customer service from Peral was second to none. No haggle pricing only works if the price is competitive and it was. No strange fees. Communication was above expectations throughout the entire process. Usually the finance office is where things are the toughest, but again, we went over everything and there were no "time share" tactics. We said yes and no and were out in 15 minutes. We love ceramic coating and had that completed which was fantastic. However, when we picked up the car, had one small concern with the tires. This where I expected a normal car dealership experience to kick in because we had completed the sale at this point. However, Shane Loman went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of apologizing for the inconvenience. Spencer from the service department was great and communicated throughout the entire process. I may not remember all the names, but what I will remember is that with the entire staff and our interactions were consistently excellent and exceeded expectations. When I purchase another vehicle, it will be with Jerry Hunt. Do yourself a favor, if you are purchasing a car, at least give this dealership a chance. More
