Dealership uses deceptive marketing tactics and refuses to honor the price they list online. They had a leftover 2025 model advertised for approximately $16k off MSRP. I reached out ready, willing, and able to purchase the vehicle for cash. After ignoring me as best they could, they finally stated that no discounts would be put on the car off of MSRP and "no dealer on the planet would discount a brand new car 30-40% just because." But yet they advertised exactly that discount. While I was intending to purchase this vehicle in a cash transaction, I can only feel sorry for anyone that is reliant upon financing where this dealer can apply even more predatory behavior in interest rate mark up, GAP insurance, etc. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

I was told that the repair work would take an hour or so by the sales guy and to come in right away. I get there and the service member tells me the new car repair guy is not in, but he would find out what by the sales guy and to come in right away. I get there and the service member tells me the new car repair guy is not in, but he would find out what to do. The touch up guy meets us at my car and we go over everything that is needed. I was told it would be ready the next day. I left 2 messages with service the next day (Friday)and got zero responses from them. I drive to the dealership Saturday, since I still have not heard from them, only to find out “the car was ready,” the day before. After my frustration was let out on them for their lack of professionalism, I asked them to bring the car up. They hand me the keys and try to send me off. I ask if they walked the car to verify everything had been fixed, and nobody had walked and verified the work was completed. I walk the car with 3 service people only to find out, only 1 problem was worked on. They didn’t even communicate to each other what was needed. The tint was still peeling off a one week old car, there was tape left on the car in multiple locations, and they left stickers on the car. I told them I will never bring my vehicle back to such an incompetent service center. More

I had a bad experience at this dealership mainly because Spencer swore up and down that the car I was buying had no issues with it. The very next day the check engine light popped on and I took it to O'Reil Spencer swore up and down that the car I was buying had no issues with it. The very next day the check engine light popped on and I took it to O'Reilly's and the code was saved so they previously erased it before selling it to me. The part was for a torque converter and absolutely nobody had it. And I find it very shady that they would sell me a car with a problem after telling me it had no problem and to make it worse I couldn't fix it even if I wanted to. More
