Nick, Kajen, & the whole team are EXCELLENT! I originally came in to JUST test drive a newer Sonata before making a decision for my purchase in the near future (Jan. or Feb of 2016). After drivi I originally came in to JUST test drive a newer Sonata before making a decision for my purchase in the near future (Jan. or Feb of 2016). After driving an SE & a Limited, Nick instantly knew which trim I liked more & was not pushy at all about, but wanted me to drive off with the car I wanted before someone else came & swooped it. They offered me a ridiculously great deal & I could not refuse. I brought my best friend with me to talk me out of doing anything drastic & even he said if I didn't buy the car, he would come back & buy it himself. Kajen & Spencer both busted their *sses to make sure I got the best rate/finance for the car & were extremely patient & thorough. The center console of the certified preowned Sonata Limited needed a slight repair, but Nick & the guys at Roseville Hyundai not only wrote it into the contract that the center console got repaired at THEIR expense, but was able to fix it same week! Even sent me home with a full tank of gas! When it's time to trade this bad boy in for the latest model, I know where I'm going! More

Don't waste your time I would not recommend this place to anyone. The two salesman don't care about you as a customer. They were rude. All they were considered about was t I would not recommend this place to anyone. The two salesman don't care about you as a customer. They were rude. All they were considered about was this survey for their commission. They could care less about you. The only one that cared was Audrey. She was very genuine and sincere. Easy to talk to and straight to the point. She understood my situation and was apologetic. I lease my car in Roseville because I was visiting my sister. I live in San Jose and had my car towed back home on Saturday where I noticed the scratches and paint chip. They told me I have to go back up there and use my miles on my lease which is crap instead of trying to set something up in San Jose like a good customer service representative would do. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't come back to get the scratches and chip fixed. I moved my schedule around the come back up and get it fixed and they didn't do anything but cover up the paint chip. Their best detailer wasn't there even though I called them the day before to tell them I would be there. Nevermind that it took a nasty email saying that I was going to leave a bad review for someone to call me back. Then they just wanted to send me touch up paint. What the crap is that? Then as I'm talking to Spencer, he takes a phone call and drops my keys on the desk and walked out as I was in the middle of a conversation. Look forward to that customer service when you get here. He wouldn't even look at me or say goodbye. I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone. More

The staff at Roseville Hyundai managed this entire process in a half day and I was out the door with a much lower monthly payment and a car that I love. They took my much-beloved 2013 Santa Fe as a trade-in, lowered my monthly payment and put me in a new Sonata . . . I cannot express enough my gratitude for their superb professionalism combined with a level of compassion, understanding and genuine friendliness that went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Good and Not So Good Spence was clear and direct. I appreciated that he Diego and Audrey stayed to quickly finish the deal. I wasn't too happy that I had to put unnecessary miles on the car and time off for an acid bath that wasn't my fault. It would have been nice to not have to push for and remind my salesperson that a loaner car would be needed. In the end it felt like too much of a battle so I waited about 2 hours at the dealership with the car. I appreciated the directness and clarity so we weren't going back and forth. I traded in my other Hyundai and am still getting calls today asking for a payment on a car I traded in 24 days ago that has already funded a loan on my new car. That part is very frustrating. I did appreciate that Audrey was clear when we signed and even answered her phone when she was home sick with her child. Overall I do like the car and I think I would've had a better experience if I had come earlier.I still would recommend this dealership I would probably suggest someone with excellent customer skills. This was the second car I bought from this dealer and combining both purchases together I would recommend. More
