In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. Come and experience the difference in buying a quality automobile.

I enjoyed working with Spyros, thank you. I really enjoyed working with Spyros. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I would like to work with him again, and will do so as I continue to enj I really enjoyed working with Spyros. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I would like to work with him again, and will do so as I continue to enjoy my accord. I was not as happy with Cameron however. Spyros kindly came and picked me up at my home and said that it would be an hour after i arrived at about 5 to pick up my car, sign the paperwork etc. I don't know what happened but I left the dealership at about 9:07pm. My husband was very upset about this and still is. While this had very little to do with Spyros, and I believe was solely Cameron's fault, I do believe that it did impact my husband's feeling about the purchase. While I do really love working with Spyros, and will work with him again, the dealership needs to do something about Cameron. Spyros and others cannot say that we will be done in one hour, and then 4 or 5 hours go by just sitting there waiting.. Thanks, Carla More

Almost Bought a Volvo I was getting my oil changed on my 2017 Accord....I have driven Honda's since 2002, but wanted a change. I had plans to get a new Volvo and talked to Spyros while waiting for my car...long story short, we test drove a new Touring Accord...this car is much more dreamy than I had anticipated. A great experience from start to conclusion! We are Honda devotees. We have worked with a lot of Honda salespeople but our experience with Spyros was absolutely top notch. We started looking for a new Honda two months ago and Spyros took the time to show us a new CRV back then.No pressure, we were just chatting. We came back to the dealership about 3 weeks ago and we talked again. Spyros explained how a lease turn in worked (because we had never leased before the last Honda). He told us to come back after the inspection from Honda. We had our inspection yesterday (it went exactly as Spyros explained it to us). We then immediately made an appointment with Spyros, went to the dealership and I now have a new 2020 Honda Accord LX! Neat , clean and very simple. The best part was there was no pressure to buy and his explanation of the new features was great. A terriffic experience! More
