In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. I went through the Costco Auto Program and they connected me with Roush Honda and Spyros Tabone. One of the best decisions I made to buy a new car! I don't like the car buying process for all the obvious rea me with Roush Honda and Spyros Tabone. One of the best decisions I made to buy a new car! I don't like the car buying process for all the obvious reasons. But Spyros' customer service was excellent. He reached out to me by phone and we connected in person to discuss buying my new car. I enjoyed his direct, no BS approach to the process. Spyros answered all my questions and gave me all the information needed to make the best decision. He worked with me on pricing and kept me updated with any new information. I knew what to expect and there were no surprises in any part of the buying process. I had a fantastic experience working with Spyros Tabone at Roush Honda in Westerville. My spouse and brother-in-law needed to lease a replacement car for our parents, my mother-in-law specifically. So the at Roush Honda in Westerville. My spouse and brother-in-law needed to lease a replacement car for our parents, my mother-in-law specifically. So the circumstances were a little unique as we'd be handling the financing on their behalf. She was apprehensive about letting her kids get her a new car, but we have the means to do so and she's deserving of a new/reliable car that would help her household budget and give her much needed peace of mind. Spyros immediately understood what we were trying to do as a family and quickly established rapport. He was extremely sincere and patient with my mother-in-law as she looked at the CRV we wanted to lease. He took utmost care in going over all the features to make her comfortable. Spyros was also great to work with on the lease terms and really went the extra mile to make sure I had the deal that I wanted. And to top it all off, he jumped my own car when at the end of the sales transaction I discovered my car battery had somehow rundown and I could not get the car to start! I've always been very pleased with Roush as a dealership. This is my second vehicle purchase from Roush, and I use their service department for our vehicles. They have a great family of employees and my experiences have always been top-notch. More

Spyros is the best salesman I have ever had, including Range Rover and Ferrari! He helped surprise my father with a Honda Hybrid. Drove 400 miles to pick up a new Honda Civic! Totally worth it; The dealership in my state could only offer me the base model but at Roush I got an amazing deal on a sports model!!!
