I was without a car and knew I wanted a Civic Si, so I made a request for quotes online (through Edmund's). Spyros Tabone responded promptly with a competitive price, put together a written offer within minutes including the accessories I asked for. After that, I had to put my search on hold indefinitely, and I am sure he thought the sale was gone, but he was cordial and understanding. When I called back a week or so later around noon one day, he said the bid still held. He got the car prepped and paperwork ready for me immediately and picked me up at the bus stop. I drove out with my car that afternoon. That was the easiest car-buying experience of my life. More

I dealt with Spyros who I felt did a very good job of listening to my expectations and then showing me a CR-V that met my needs. On my first visit I was only looking to get an out the door price since I was still shopping around. There was no pressure to buy from Spyros and his only request was to let him know if I purchased elsewhere. After visiting other dealers I decided on the CR-V and let him know. The day I picked up my CR-V I met with Mike and he also did a great job of explaining all the financial parts of the purchase. Spyros spent the time to explain all the features in my new suv and answered any questions I had. More
