Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. Professional Customer Service This was my second time purchasing from Roush. The first time was so easy - I had to return. Spyros was not only knowledgeable, but also very easy to work with. Sam Nhem was also helpful and answered some questions we had while we were waiting for Spyros. Sam was very easy to talk with and calm. Super nice guy. Then we met with Karen Matthews to discuss warranties and other add on features. She was very pleasant and informative. She didn't pressure me into buying anything that I didn't want to buy. I've already recommended this dealership to my friends. I LOVE my new CRV! More

It felt like dealing with family! Best Honda dealership in Central Ohio! My family and I have driven Honda's for 30 years. My husband and I just bought 2 new vehicles here. I had been Best Honda dealership in Central Ohio! My family and I have driven Honda's for 30 years. My husband and I just bought 2 new vehicles here. I had been looking for a particular color and model of Ridgeline. I located it on line and phoned the dealership. Spiros Tabone took my call and reserved the vehicle for us until we came in. As soon as you arrive you notice the reserved parking space for the military! That really impressed us. We were greeted immediately upon entering the dealership and offered something to drink. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Spiros gave us options and suggestions without being pushy. He gave us time to make up our minds with no pressure. We went in to buy one vehicle and ended up getting 2 new vehicles. We felt like we got such a great deal with the model year end clearance sales! I was given a fair trade allowance on my 2013 Accord that I traded for the cutest bright green Civic Coupe. It was a total impulse buy but I have not regretted it. We love Spiros and are sending all of our family and friends to him when they need a vehicle! More

Spyros made the difference... I love my Red Accord V6 EX-L I am very pleased with my experience at Roush Honda. Having lived here for 20 years I have heard all of the advertisements in Central Ohio when it co I am very pleased with my experience at Roush Honda. Having lived here for 20 years I have heard all of the advertisements in Central Ohio when it comes to selling Hondas, Germain, Hugh White, Lindsay, Buckeye, John Hinderer, you name it. Each has its own catchy slogan. Honda Accords are built right down the road in Marysville. So central Ohio has a lot of Honda dealers. Roush advertises as straight talk, legendary service. They are an employee owned company, so they take special pride in their dealership and it became quickly clear that what they advertise is true. The reason I was buying a new car was because my 2013 Accord Sport was totaled. The car did its job and gave me 4 years of mostly trouble-free ownership. And held together in the wreck. Unfortunately too damaged to repair cost effectively, hence totaled. I bought that vehicle new elsewhere, so this was my first experience with Roush. Before coming to Roush, I was already sold on the Honda brand and the solid reputation that Honda has built with the quality of their cars. I searched online for cars that I wanted to look at. I also had help searching too. So when a car was pointed out to me at Roush Honda, we asked for an email quote on the vehicle. Spyros was the salesman who quickly responded to our inquiry. He sent us a detailed quote on the car that was surprisingly very easy to read. There were a lot of numbers but the layout and ease of reading the quote impressed me! I could see how affordable the car that I saw online actually was. Spyros also pointed out that the car was going to be very rare. I wanted the V6. Honda is doing away with the V6 in the new redesign. I have seen the new design and its turbo engines, but I wasn't sold on it. I prefer the still current 2017 designs and that was what I always had in my mind. I also convinced myself that I wanted the coupe. I drive a sports car coupe, so I decided that I didn't need the four door. But I hadn't test drove the coupe yet, so I needed to visit Spyros at Roush to look at the car and do so. When I first arrived, I knew I wanted to test the V6 Honda engines. We greeted Spyros and explained to him what I was there to look at. I wanted to look at the Red EX-L V6 coupe that he quoted me on and the V6 Touring editions that Roush had on their lot as well. Spyros got the keys to a V6 Touring sedan so I could sit in it. A number of signs posted that there is another lot of Hondas that they have, but I could look at a Touring vehicle that was on the main lot and if I wanted the black one he could arrange to get it moved to the main lot for further inspection. But that eventually was not necessary. I liked the first car so much that it was the one that I got. I took a test drive of my Red Accord V6 Coupe. And it did not disappoint me. It was as powerful and smooth as I predicted. And the side view camera on the right side of the vehicle impressed me so much that I realized this red Accord was what I wanted! I further inquired about the differences between the trims, EX-L and Touring and I eventually decided that the facts that Spyros gave me was enough that I wanted to buy the EX-L. So we went back to his desk to work the numbers further, and figure out the exact downpayment I would make and still be comfortable with the monthly payment. And he explained to us that he gives us all of the facts and all of the price numbers so we could make our own decision on the car. He just wanted to make sure that we got all the information. There was no number or detail to hide. And he takes the time to explain the difference and how affordable a lease can actually be. As the customer, it was my decision to buy, but I did feel a lot better that he presented those lease numbers to me anyway. It helped me make the complete decision to buy. So he gave us plenty of time to discuss the numbers ourselves and then checked back in with us to make sure there were no further questions before I made the handshake agreement to buy the car. And I felt confident looking out the window at my red car sitting out in the parking lot. The chrome trim stripe really shined through the window against the red. I knew that was my car. And Spyros earned my business. So after making a small downpayment so the car could be held overnight, Joe, his manager, came over and introduced himself and congratulated me on making my purchase. Spyros and Joe quickly assembled the basic paperwork that would be needed for finance and I filled out the credit application. Joe gave it one final lookover to see that everything was there. And we adjourned for the night, it was already late. Spyros worked behind the scenes to have the car detailed for my delivery tomorrow. So after sleeping and arriving the next morning a little early, I found the car in the delivery bay all nice and shiny! Just a few spots that were missed, and Spyros was more than happy to look over the car with me and clean those spots! I really appreciated that Spyros! My red Accord was all pretty and super duper clean! It was ready for delivery. Janly, another sales associate, was prepping a CR-V for delivery next to mine and she congratulated me on my purchase and how nice the car really looked. And she reminded me on how rare that car was about to become, because the V6 was being discontinued. I really liked that she took the time to greet me. And other Roush employees who saw that I was buying also offered their congratulations on my purchase of the rare car. I knew then that each employee actually cared about their customers and took pride in what they sold, and working for their business. So I felt very comfortable about my purchase and I knew I was at the right dealership. Spyros and I went to begin the delivery walk through of the car and its features so that Rich, the business manager, could sort out his delay. Spyros informed me that the tutorial he was about to give me could also be pulled up online, because there were a lot of features in the car that I may forget about after delivery and that I was able to view them there to refresh my memory. And that I could also call them up and ask later. We got through most of the features, remote start was one feature that really impressed me, I liked how detailed he explained and demonstrated that function. And I performed it myself too. We went through mirror and seat settings, the sunroof, and almost got through all the audio and menu functions when Rich let us know he was ready in financing. So I met with Rich in financing, and we completed all of the forms necessary for the car. And went through almost every option that was available for adding on to the car, the warranties and all. At no time did I ever feel that I was forced to buy any of it, Spyros and Rich simply informed me that here were all the possibilities and that it was my decision to choose. And Roush Honda offers Honfidence, their assurance and warranties that they offer should I choose to get the vehicle serviced with them. Roush will stand by certain parts of the vehicle, mainly all mechanical in nature if I have the vehicle serviced with them. And Spyros enrolled me in their generous loaner car plan, which they offer for $200. I call Roush and say I want my vehicle serviced, and they have a loaner ready for me to drive to wherever I go, and bring it back once my vehicle is serviced. That is a big plus, and one of the reasons I bought from them. Very few dealerships offer this anymore. The vehicle was now mine. All that was left to do was contact Spyros so we could finish the tutorial and complete delivery. So Spyros then demonstrated Apple Car Play. My Accord could talk to my iPhone. And Spyros sent me a congratulatory text message to demonstrate how that worked. My car was ready for me to drive off the lot. He gave me final congratulations and got the door opened so I could drive out. He gave me a friendly wave as I pulled out and I was soon on the road home. I know that was a detailed story, but I felt Spyros earned the stellar review. Roush Honda made the car buying experience easy. And I'm giving a Honda V6 engine a really good home. He followed up with me today to congratulate me again on my purchase and he feels that my car went to the right person, someone who appreciates the rarity of the V6. I was pleased to hear that. I look forward to using Roush's service department to keep my Honda in tip top shape. So in summary, Spyros is an excellent salesman. He takes the time to listen to customers needs. He explains features of the cars well, the options that can be had with the cars, and makes sure the price and finance options are well understood. He gave me all of the numbers and details that I needed to make my decision to purchase the car. And once I made the agreement to purchase the car, he took the time to clean the car and provide me with a memorable tutorial on how to use the car features. And he is very friendly and personable. All employees I met at Roush were also friendly and personable. Never was I pressured to buy the car.. a lot of dealerships want to put pressure to make that sale and commission, but Roush doesn't do that. They let their customers decide, and the employees, who own the company themselves, provide the gold standard of customer service. Thanks Roush Honda! Thanks Spyros Tabone! More

I purchased a new CRV and had great service from the finance dept as well as when I picked up the car. The initial tutorial was helpful and I can go back for more help as needed. This is my third car from Roush - need I say more. More

From the moment we walked in the door, all of the employees were friendly and helpful. As we were waiting for our appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that other sales representatives checked in with us and showed us features on the Honda CRV we were considering. This made the most of our time and provided the information we needed to help us in our decision. Spyros was wonderful to work with! He answered all of our questions and he provided timely, efficient follow up. We really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. It is evident that Spyros genuinely cares about his customers. Easy transaction I started a conversation with Spyros over email to purchase a 2017 Honda Civic. After a couple emails back and for I went in for a test drive. The car I started a conversation with Spyros over email to purchase a 2017 Honda Civic. After a couple emails back and for I went in for a test drive. The car handled great in the pouring rain. I had researched the car extensively before going to the dealer. Spyros went over the features of the car and was very accurate to the knowledge of the car that I had already researched. There was no pressure to buy add-ons for the car. He showed me a list of all the add-ons available and suggested his favorite, all season floor mats. The financing went just as smooth as the sales talks. There was a problem when I was ready to receive the car, they prepared a black car when I wanted a blue one. There was a mix up in the VIN. I had somewhere to be so I couldn't wait around while they prepared the correct car. They gave me a loaner car for the night and when I showed back up the next morning my new car was ready. A quick trip through financing to get the paperwork corrected with the right VIN and I was out the door in about an hour. Most of the time at the dealer on my return trip was Spyros walking me through some features that I was unaware of about the car and help setting up the Bluetooth and radio. More
