Everyone I encountered at Roush was kind and helpful from the moment I walked through the doors. I test drove the HRV and loved it. As I was trying to decide on the trim level and color, my salesman, Spyros, showed me all the options. He and the finance manager, Sam, never pressured me to choose any certain color or trim. Both were very courteous and genuine as we negotiated towards a final price. Spyros helped me through the entire process, answering all my questions and even let me drive his dealer car home while the dealership detailed my new car! In my prior car shopping experiences at other dealerships, price negotiation had been intimidating. I also was passed over to other salespeople when higher profile customers walked in the door. I never felt intimidated or ignored at Roush. It is very clear that Roush places a high priority on customer service. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the staff at Roush. I thought I was a Honda lover before, but I love Honda even more after a seamless and stress-free car buying experience. Thank you Spyros and Roush Honda! More

Above and Beyond I was in desperate need of a car. But I wanted what I wanted. Roush Honda of Westerville did not have my car in stock. And I decided if I was going I was in desperate need of a car. But I wanted what I wanted. Roush Honda of Westerville did not have my car in stock. And I decided if I was going to spend that kind of money, it was worth waiting for. They gave me a loaner car for 2 weeks in order for my new Honda Pilot Elite to come off of the production line. Spyros Tabone and his team were amazing. I had a wonderful experience!! We were immediately greeted at the door by Spyros Tabone. He was friendly but not overly pushy which some car salespeople can be. He asked us what we were interested in and we explained our situation to him. He suggested for us to consider a leasing option and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. We felt it was a great option for us and after Will took us through the approval/loan process we were able to lease a Honda Civic. Since the car wasn't ready by the time I had to leave for work, I was able to meet Spryos the next day. I was later than I had promised (due to work), he was waiting for me and was still very happy to go over the car from top to bottom. He took the time to explain all aspects of the vehicle (radio, Bluetooth, brakes, seat belts, etc, etc. He took a nice half hour with me and when I left, he directed me out safely as he could tell I was nervous with the new car. He is an exceptional salesperson because he really cares about the needs of his customers. He has excellent communication skills and is a genuinely nice person. I would highly recommend him to friends and will promote Spyros to my neighborhood social media sites. More

Outstanding service! I was nervous about visiting a dealership. I did not want the pressure of buying or worries if I was being taken advantage of or lied too. My husband I was nervous about visiting a dealership. I did not want the pressure of buying or worries if I was being taken advantage of or lied too. My husband and I decided to go to Roush Honda just to see what they had on their lot. Needless to say we came home with a new Honda Odyssey that we love! It was NOT because of pressure or dis-honesty why we bought this new van. It was because of the time taken without pressure explaining a lease verses a purchase and new or used vehicles. It was the time Spyros spent with us going over all the options on the van again with no pressure! I was a nervous mess through this process and Spyros was calm. The politeness of the entire sales team was outstanding. If you are shopping for a new or used Honda visit Roush Honda. They will treat you as you deserve as their customer! More
