I planned on going back to Germain where I originally purchased my accord. The sales person quoted me and outrageous quote and gave me the old "I'll try my best to get a better deal from my manager" if I could get you $20 less would you lease today? I laughed as she just if I could would you? Me? She said she'd get back to me and three days later (and now two weeks) never heard back. I remembered Casey and found his card. I gave him a call and he immediately put me at ease. Gave me great information and put me into contact with Spiros. I had such a different experience and much better than what I even hoped for. More

I just wan I dealt with Spyros Tabone and could not have been happier. I walked in one day to test drive a car, but wasn't in the market to buy yet. I just wanted to see if I enjoyed driving an Accord. I told Spyros this up front and he never tried to push me, which is very important to me. It took almost 2 months for me to pull the trigger, but Spyros handled it like a pro, following up every week or two, but never annoying me or trying to push me into a decision. I would definitely recommend Roush and in particular Spyros and will use him again the next time I need a vehicle. More

I'm Spyros' customer for life! I went to Honda.com and submitted my info, requesting that a dealer contact me regarding a new car. Wow...I got SWAMPED with emails, phone calls, and I went to Honda.com and submitted my info, requesting that a dealer contact me regarding a new car. Wow...I got SWAMPED with emails, phone calls, and text messages from every Honda dealership in the Central Ohio area almost immediately! Spyros was the first one to call me, and he was very friendly and helpful, but most importantly - not at all pushy or "salesy." I very easily decided I wanted to do business with Spyros at Roush immediately after speaking with him. After sales reps at the other major Honda dealers (Lindsay, Germain, Marysville) contacted me, I was even more convinced of my decision to work with Spyros. He was genuine, straightforward, friendly, and I was confident he would work hard to get me the best deal possible (which he did!) I have some health problems that make the whole "being at the dealership for hours" thing difficult for me, and Spyros made things super easy and convenient. I had to reschedule our meeting several times due to health issues and he was wonderful about it. He even texted and called to check on me and see how I was feeling, which was very thoughtful of him. Spyros is extremely personable and was very easy to work with regarding pricing (and everything else!) We were very quickly and easily able to come to an agreement on price and accessories and made a deal rather quickly. Also, the entire team at Roush (sales, finance, management, vehicle delivery, etc.) worked together seamlessly to ensure my husband and I weren't sitting at the dealership half the day. This is the 4th car I've purchased in my life, but the 3rd new car. This has been the best car-buying experience by a long shot. It's the first time I've bought a car from Spyros, but it definitely won't be the last. My husband will be looking to replace his vehicle soon, and I know exactly who to call when the need arises. More

He was very knowledgeable will all the Honda models. I went on a solo test drive. After returning to the dealership, he asked if I had a chance "try it out" and get the feel of how Really drove. He insisted on taking me for a test ride to feel the Civic power and ride handling/comfort. I'm glad he did! More
