A Honda for the Holidays! I recently purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from Roush Honda in Westerville. From the moment I walked through the front door, the entire staff was warm and welcoming. My sales person, Spyros Tabone, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns, and share information regarding the car that I would not have thought to ask during the buying process. I particularly appreciated the new car "training" that Spyros provided before I drove my new Civic home. We walked around my vehicle, with Mr. Tabone pointing out various features and operational tips. Then we actually sat in the car and Spyros talked me through the dashboard details; I drove off of the lot feeling comfortable and confident. Will Groves handled all of the paperwork for me and he was thorough and kind. Buying a car is a big decision and a huge purchase and I felt that Will was my advocate. In years gone by, people often felt that they had a relationship with their bank. You could walk in a bank branch and notice an older gentleman or lady sitting in a chair, drinking a cup of coffee and eating a pastry provided for customers. Folks felt comfortable being in a place where they were welcomed and accepted. I'm thinking of showing up at Roush Honda with a mug of tea, finding a chair, and watching the day unfold in a place where I know I'm a valuable member of the neighborhood! More

Spyros represents Roush Honda's company ethics perfectly I've been driving my new Honda Odyssey LE for 2 and a half weeks now and I feel I have been lifted to a new level of luxury! My kids say they feel as I've been driving my new Honda Odyssey LE for 2 and a half weeks now and I feel I have been lifted to a new level of luxury! My kids say they feel as if they are levitating over the road as we drive from place to place! It still smells brand new too! Even though we opted for the low end model, it certainly doesn't feel like it to us! We tested every minivan in town over the past 6 months, Honda being the first and last dealership we visited. Spyros enticed us with the fully pumped up Odyssey model on the showroom floor, selling all of it's features to our children, who truly got a kick out of his attention to their needs! He made us feel like we were old friends, never pressuring us to buy anything that day, six months ago. We gave it a family test drive, promising not to forget our experience, but we had to see all the other brands out there before we could say Honda was the ONE! No other dealership compared to Spyros' personal vibe or the van we had seen first. So, 6 months later on Black Friday, I decided that manual doors and fabric seats were all the luxury we needed and Spyros found a beautiful Pearl White Odyssey LE on the lot for an unbeatable price. We couldn't be happier. Thanks Spyros for treating us like family and Honda for an amazing and safe family minivan! More

His attitude, service and patience was exemplary and was always a pleasure to work with. My delivery coordinator, who handling the financing was not pushy and pleasure to work with. She had a sense of humor and made the financing of the vehicle a simple process. Both folks at the dealership should be sought out to work with when buying a new Honda.
