In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. Greeted Very friendly and felt welcome. This was our first visit to Roush Honda. We entered the showroom and Jim, the manager greeted us. We immediately told him that we were not buying, th This was our first visit to Roush Honda. We entered the showroom and Jim, the manager greeted us. We immediately told him that we were not buying, that we were there to see the new Ridgeline that had just arrived. He introduced us to Spyros Tabone. We also let Mr Tabone know that we were not there to buy but only wanted to look at the new Ridgeline. He was very nice and let us know that was fine and he would be glad to show the truck to us. From the moment we started looking he proceeded to show us all the features and answer all our questions just like we had come in to purchase a vehicle. He made us feel good about coming in to look at the new truck. We even mentioned that we did not want to keep him away from other customers. He smiled and said he wanted to keep working with us util all our questions were answered. He made us feel like he really wanted to talk to us. He was wonderful to work with. He even helped us determine whether the truck would fit into our garage. Both my husband and I were impressed with his willingness to talk to us and answer our questions even though we were not buying. He is one good sales person to deal with. To make a long story shorter.....We did buy the Ridgeline that day. We enjoyed our shopping experience working with Spyros. He covered more than we could think to ask about. Because he was so attentive to us and knowledgable about the Ridgeline we pursued the possible purchase without anyone pushing us. We were surprised that we ended the day purchasing a new truck Thanks to Spyros for his kindness in working with us. We appreciate all Mr. Tabone did to help us. More

Very pleasant and accommodating folks willing to work with U The thing that got me interested in visiting the dealership was the way Mr. Spyros Tabone talked with me over the phone initially. He seemed like a ve The thing that got me interested in visiting the dealership was the way Mr. Spyros Tabone talked with me over the phone initially. He seemed like a very friendly person willing to talk and work with me to get a good deal for the new car I was looking for. My belief was only reinforced when I met Mr. Tabone a couple of days later in person. While I was there, I also met his manager, Mr. Joe Glomski - an armed services veteran and Mr. Richard Broderick - who was taking care of the credit. While waiting for the result my credit application, we had some interesting conversations which I didn't expect to happen at a car dealership. The credit application process was extremely fast (under 15 minutes) and before I knew it, Mr. Broderick was back saying that my application was approved at a very good rate. When I called back the next day to discuss some details, I was pleasantly surprised to hear that I will be able to get an even better APR thanks to some policy changes the finance company was making. Finally, when we went to take delivery of the vehicle, Mr. Broderick was very kind to explain things to us clearly and even worked with us to fulfil a last minute change in the amount of the loan. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Roush thanks to Mr. Tabone, Mr. Broderick and Mr. Glomski and I would highly recommend them as well as Roush Honda for prospective car buyers. More

Great experience We were looking at new and used Pilots and Odysseys and drove to Delaware to look at a 2015 Pilot. The car was not cleaned up and the salesman didn't seem to know the features. We decided to look at new Pilots again. We looked for a dealer on the internet and drove to Roush Honda. We browsed around the lot and there was a good selection. We were deciding whether to drive back to Dayton or go inside when Spyros asked if we had any questions. He was very nice and informative. There was no pressure and we liked the professional atmosphere. We decided to purchase the 2016 Pilot EX-L. We enjoyed meeting Spyros and Richard Broderick, the delivery coordinator. We could have bought the same vehicle 10 miles from home but felt it was worth an 80 miles drive to do business with Spyros and the Roush dealership. More

Exceeding expectations - back again for the third time! I bought my first car from Roush Honda (Leigh Daniels) back in 2002. I bought my second one from Leigh in 2004. How surprised was I to find that in I bought my first car from Roush Honda (Leigh Daniels) back in 2002. I bought my second one from Leigh in 2004. How surprised was I to find that in 2016, upon returning to the dealership to find Leigh still there an about to retire after 18 years! Wow, talk about really exemplifying a quality organization. How an organization treats their employees speaks volumes of how they will treat their customers. Their culture supersedes all the hype. This time, I had the opportunity to work with Spyros Tabone. He was just an helpful as Leigh was all those years ago. There was no pressure and he gave us his undivided attention which was not was I can say for another Honda Dealer (John Hinderer) where the salesman actually passed us off to a junior staffer so he could help others. A third dealer refused to find us what we wanted telling us we had to take what was on the lot. Roush comes out on top every time - I should have known. I could have saved a lot of time; however, I had to do my due diligence. Stay away from those other dealers - Roush will get you what you want, at a fair price and provide excellent service. More
