In the Hotel field for 30 years the thing I learned is that the customer comes first! Then everything else falls in place! 2 years ago I left the Hospitality field not knowing what I would do the rest of my productive life! I took 4 months and engaged in all my hobbies and that included my classic car. I quickly decided that I would explore an opportunity where I can help people fill a need and I can always be around the automobile! After a short experience in selling BMW brand, I really wanted to sell a brand that I personally drive and live with and that was Honda! My family relied on Honda ever since I got out of college in 1984. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Roush Honda this year about 8 months ago! In the short time I work here I found that this Dealership is a match with my moral beliefs as to how a Dealership should conduct business with its employees but most important, with its customers. My experience at Roush Honda and with Spyros proved my apprehension wrong. I did not feel any heavy handed pressure and feel that I got a great vehicle at a fair price. Great Customer Service & A Great Deal! I went to Roush initially because of the Costco program. When I got there I could tell everything was first class all the way. Everyone was extremely friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that I not only had options, but that I was satisfied. At the end of the day, one other dealership offered to match their price, but it was the friendliness that brought me back. On top of all that, the Honfidence program offered by Roush is such a great value, and they throw it in for free! Great dealership! More
