I had a great eperience. I stopped into the dealership late afternoon on a Saturday not realizing that I had arrived only ten minutes before closing time. Wes greeted me and asked if I wanted to look at late afternoon on a Saturday not realizing that I had arrived only ten minutes before closing time. Wes greeted me and asked if I wanted to look at the vehiicle I was looking in the window of. I appoligized for arriving so close to closing time and offered to come back on Monday, but Wes assured me that it was not a problem and offered to show me the vehicle at that time. He even asked me if I wanted to take the vehicle for a test drive and once again stated not to worry about the time. I ended up purcasing and taking delvery of the vehicle that same day. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and curtious. I would definately recomend Luther Honda of St Cloud to anyone who is in the Market for a new or used car. More

As a female and someone who doesn't like to buy a car, I had a wonderful experience with Luther Honda of St. Cloud. After looking at cars at Minneapolis dealers and the hassle of trying to test drive a car had a wonderful experience with Luther Honda of St. Cloud. After looking at cars at Minneapolis dealers and the hassle of trying to test drive a car in rush hour traffic, I was thrilled to do business in St. Cloud. I emailed about a car on Sunday and my salesperson, Mark Hieb, called me first thing Monday morning. His promptness and easygoing manner impressed me. I test-drove the car, promptly and fairly arrived at a trade in value for mine and I was able to purchase and take delivery the same day. It was a very painless and easy process! Mark Hieb was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He patiently explained the settings on my car. He even set up my bluetooth iPhone. Chad, the used car sales manager, was very direct and easy to work with on the trade and purchase. I had one service item after the purchase and again they were fair and easy to work with. I feel like they really care about building a long-term relationship and repeat business-not just selling me a car and never seeing me again. The service department, especially Stacey, has been considerate of my time and easy to work with as well. I highly recommend Luther Honda of St. Cloud and Mark Hieb. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
