Excellent Customer Service The team of Dane, Richard, Stacey, Kevin and Carrie did an exceptional job in helping me put four, new tires on my Honda Civic. I called this past We The team of Dane, Richard, Stacey, Kevin and Carrie did an exceptional job in helping me put four, new tires on my Honda Civic. I called this past Wednesday, Dane was able to schedule my car service on Friday, in time for me to make a trip to St. Paul, early afternoon. Richard informed me of the tire special and put together a tire package that would give me good, seasonal tires for a reasonable cost. Stacey coordinated the service, gave me the $60 rebate coupon, and even walked me to my car after the service had been completed. Kevin did the work and included a vehicle inspection. Carrie shuttled me to and from my home. I got home right away after I dropped my car off and was picked up on time to return to Honda to pick up my car. All of the team members were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Everything was time efficient, which helped me keep my own time schedule on track. I have always had good service at Honda, but this particular team really gave the message of what customer service is all about. I give a big, “Thanks,” to everyone! I highly recommend the Honda Service Team to anyone who would like to receive good customer service, and I will definitely return to Honda for my car service in the future. More

They have always taking care of me and never overcharged I have had all my maintains done here and have all ways have been treated fair and never over charged. I even ask them to change the oil for me and use special high mileage oil and Wix oil filter, not a problem. Everyone is super nice and they get the work done in the time frame they allow. More

Repairs and Customer Service I recently bought a used car from Luther Honda of St. Cloud and ran into a few problems. Carlos and his team got everything running again and I couldn I recently bought a used car from Luther Honda of St. Cloud and ran into a few problems. Carlos and his team got everything running again and I couldn't be more happy! I even got to drive a new Honda Accord while they fixed mine!!!!! I definitely will be back in a year when I hand this car down to my son, to purchase a NEW Honda for me!! I recommend this dealer to everyone considering buying a car. I did not want to deal with a large dealer, so I was limiting my options. I stopped into Luther Honda to see the 1 truck they had that was close to my expectation/desire. Adam played the dealer game v limiting my options. I stopped into Luther Honda to see the 1 truck they had that was close to my expectation/desire. Adam played the dealer game very well...personable, able to relate, and was not overly pushy. After a test drive, then taking the truck for another ride, the deal was done. Impressive that just about every employee in the place was busy with a customer. There was one minor issue with the truck that I did not notice until after we had signed papers and drove down the road. I called and asked if the issue could be handled though the sale was "as is". Not a problem. Very pleased with the entire staff I dealt with at Luther Honda! More

My entire experience at Luther Honda in St. Cloud, MN was great. Something I noticed right off the bat was that the salesmen did not behave as the stereotypical "pushy salesman". They let me look around an great. Something I noticed right off the bat was that the salesmen did not behave as the stereotypical "pushy salesman". They let me look around and expressed concerned about what I was looking for. Adam Schlichting was the person that helped me the most. He knew so much about the car, I was truly impressed. He showed me the car from the engine, to the drivers seat. While we test drove he continuously discussed features of the car. I knew going into the dealership, that Honda made a trustworthy automobile, but Adam's knowledge and confidence in the Honda product and company was what ultimately sold me. Adam searched high and low to get me the right car with everything I wanted. Adam sat in the car and showed me all the features and helped me set up some of my personal settings. He was only concerned about getting me what I wanted and needed not selling me on things I didn't want or need. I then spoke with Steve Walsh about GAP insurance and Crystal Fusion for my windshield. He too, behaved like a genuinely sincere person that made sure I was getting what I wanted and understood the paper work. This is the first time I've purchased a car and both Steve and Adam were patient explaining things to me. I spoke with Stacey on the phone about setting up a time to get the autostart put in my vehicle. She was SOOOO friendly and was really accommodating to my changing schedule. She's a very great person to have working the phone. The customer service, friendliness, quality of work, and overall experience were all great!! The price of the car was expensive, but compared to other vehicles it was the best deal out there, which was great! The people that work at Luther Honda St. Cloud all seem to be incredibly nice and genuine - sometimes those qualities are hard to find in employees at car dealerships. More

I just experienced car buying the way it should be - upbeat, friendly and knowledgable no nonsense salesman (Dan Lochner) put up with my questions and concerns about moving from a full sized SUV to the upbeat, friendly and knowledgable no nonsense salesman (Dan Lochner) put up with my questions and concerns about moving from a full sized SUV to the Honda Pilot; and, Stacey Shegrud made sure the vehicle was ready for delivery as promised. The vehicle drives great and fits an 6'3" frame well. Luther has a new satisfied customer - they just better hope I don't wait another 11 years before I replace this vehicle! More
