Initial dealings with Stacy was ok, but when I got home and had some questions about the car I had made a deal on, and the possibility of switching it out for another, he became unreceptive and just told m and had some questions about the car I had made a deal on, and the possibility of switching it out for another, he became unreceptive and just told me he was busy. Never bothered to follow up with me. Anyway, I kept the appointment to close the deal and pickup the car, hot there and Stacy was no where to be found. Had him paged, waited close to 45 min before he showed up, then an additional 15 min before meeting with finance rep to sign and pickup. Not at all a pleasant experience. More
