I had a problem with a tire pressure monitor gauge while traveling through the area so I stopped to have it looked into. Stacey was very prompt and attentive in bringing my car in and having service diagnos traveling through the area so I stopped to have it looked into. Waiting area was comfortable and communication with what was needed was great. Problem was addressed and I was quickly back on my way. Once leaving with the car, I noticed dashboard gauges were not reset to normal. I circled back and questioned if they needed to be reset. Stacey and a tech glanced in the window at the dash and assured be after I drove a few miles they would reset. They did not. The next day I pulled out the owners manual and attempted to rest them myself and was not able to do so. I ended up taking my car to my local Subaru dealership to have gauges reset. It took them less than 5 minutes and did not charge me. I understand this was a small oversight on their part, but feel if someone had taken an extra minute to check rather than be flippant about it, it could have changed my whole experience. More

Stacy short took care of everything that I needed. Everything went well. I got my car inspected with no problems. I like when it works out that way everything went well. Would recommend. My husband bout a 2018 Hyunfai Santa Fe Friday January 10th 2026. Not even 24 hours later his check engine light came on. Stopped at Advanced Auto to have the code read. It showed the crankshaft sensor. T 10th 2026. Not even 24 hours later his check engine light came on. Stopped at Advanced Auto to have the code read. It showed the crankshaft sensor. Took it back to service on Monday the 12th. Service visually inspected and saw nothing wrong. Reset the light. It came back on Tuesday. Went back to Service Wednesday and was told to take it to a Hyundai dealer for diagnosis. Took it to Hyundai yesterday Thursday 1/15. They read the code again and said it's low on oil. They topped him off and reset the light. It came back on today so he took it to have an oil change (even though it had been done already before he bought it, supposedly). They located a leak towards the top where the oil is poured in. He then immediately drove to Service again, but again nothing was done other than "take it to Hyundai". He purchased a warranty through you but you will do nothing other than give him the run around. I've heard nothing but good things about Budd Baer, but not for us. Warranty company denied the claim stating it was a "pre-existing" problem that the dealership knew was there! They admitted to the warranty company the issue was known after it went through service but still sold us the car. Now we have a $4000 repair bill for a car he's had in his possession for less than a week. It's been at Straub Hyundai for nearly 2 1/2 months! More
