Waited 5+ hours for road service for a flat tire. My car didn't come with a spare so i was stuck until road service came. Then got to Kia as they were closing and had to find a ride home. It was the worst experience and it was freezing outside. The shuttle was busy the next day and I found a ride to get to kia to pick up my vehicle when it was done. I purchased the tire service and I believe that is supposed to be the fix for service when I need it. More
