Best Kia dealership I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul last year and still love it!!! I went to Kia of Lansing with my daughter (christy Castillo) to get a dependable car!!!!! S I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul last year and still love it!!! I went to Kia of Lansing with my daughter (christy Castillo) to get a dependable car!!!!! She knew how much I love my Kia and I've repeatedly tried to talk her into at least checking it out. My other daughter (Elizabeth Mccloy) recently purchased a Kia from the same dealership, because of my car!!!!!!So Kia of Lansing is the BEST????? More

From the online pre-approval to our amazing salesmen Ryan Swenson to Lisa the finance manager I could not be be more happy on how quick and painless it all was ! Kia of Lansing has gained a customer for life .. Ryan Swenson is definitely an all star and great at what he does ! It was refreshing to experience a non- pressure sales approach and I truly felt he cared about getting me into the car I Wanted not the other way around ! Like buying a car from a trusted friend! Staci is such a personable and friendly sales lady that I honestly forget how big and scary buying a new car can be!! Staci Alexander is the best sales woman in the world!!! In February 2016 we came in with horrible credit scores, but we got financed anyway for a 2005 Chevy Uplander. We were told to make sure we worked on getting our credit better. We worked on our credit and came back February 2017. We made an appointment with Stacie Alexander and we ended up getting a financed for a 2016 Kia Sedona. I am in love with my new van! It has 42,000 miles and a great warranty! I couldn't be happier!!! More

Awesome experience Went to this dealership because my husband heard on the radio about the trade in offer, Our Sales Consultant Staci Alexander was absolutely awesome! Went to this dealership because my husband heard on the radio about the trade in offer, Our Sales Consultant Staci Alexander was absolutely awesome! We were in there maybe 2 hours and left with a brand new Kia Sportage! Love this car and hightly recommend this dealership! Staci was not pushy and friendly and we will definitely revisit this dealership for future purchases. More

Absolutely Amazing I went into Kia of Lansing just hoping for a car that was in better shape than what I was driving, and I left with something even better! Staci helped I went into Kia of Lansing just hoping for a car that was in better shape than what I was driving, and I left with something even better! Staci helped get me in to a 2015 Rio, which had a lot of extra amenities that I hadn't even thought about wanting (but that I'm glad I got!). Staci was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! More
