I recently went to Szott Ford on a recommendation from a friend. I can sincerely tell you I was not disappointed in the purchase of my 2010 Ford Fusion. My salesperson Stacie Bright was exceptionally helpful during the whole process of obtaining my car. She worked tirelessly to make sure I was totally happy with my experience at the dealership. When I told them I was already pre-approved on a loan, Anthony Ketchum was able to beat my bank loan by almost 2 percentage points. He saved me hundreds of dollars- Thanks Anthony!! He was also able to work out a decent price on 5 year/100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. In the end, I have to say their customer service is outstanding, everyone was courteous and friendly, and my overall experience was 5 stars. If you need a new or used car, I would highly recommend Szott Ford as the place to make your next purchase. More
