Just purchased my third vehicle from Ford, this dealership truly stands above all others. the sales people were all so great, especially Jani & Jacob. They were personable, accurate, fair. Jacob was special because he was so cute in his flowered shirt on Friday, he smelt good also. these guys deserve a big KUDOS for not only their good looks but also their personality, good vibes, great customer service. Because of Jani & Jacob I am a Ford customer forever. These guys are keepers!!!!!! More

Bought a used Honda and it died on me seven days later. The dealer told me they'd take care of the tow bill to get it taken care of and all I had to do was call Ford roadside assistance. Despite my warranty. I've filed a complaint with the state attorney general and am on the phone right now with the department of regulatory affairs. My next step will be the local news. I will never do business with a Ford dealer again. Especially this xxxx. This dealer is not reliable, and cannot be trusted. Scratch Ford off of your list folks. More

Exceptional customer service I worked with Tom Mazawey. He was awesome. He showed me several cars and was patient as I made my decision. Dave, Chris, and Steve took great care of me, and I was able to trade in my Taurus and drive my new car I'm in love with my new Focus from Szott Ford! I wanted an upgrade added, and their amazing service staff came to my office, picked up the car, and had it back before I finished working.
