Their service department took great care of my first vehicle anytime I needed assistance with it, so I figured going back to Somerset was the best choice for me. I was thankful that the same salesman was still working there! Working with Stacy Dykes eliminated a lot of the stress that typically goes on with car shopping. He did NOT make me feel pressured, and was very clear in explaining the financing with no hidden fees or agendas. He was helpful as I weighed the thoughts of purchasing a new car or certified used vehicle, and supported what I decided was best for me financially. He did NOT make me feel like he wanted me to buy the most expensive car so he could make more money, it was about what I needed. Toyota of Somerset has gained my trust. I will refer friends and family members to them without hesitation when they are in need of a new/used vehicle.
