There was an issue with a previously purchased used vehicle. I was very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by the sales staff of Toyota to resolve this issue. Given, there is always a risk as vehicle. I was very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by the sales staff of Toyota to resolve this issue. Given, there is always a risk associated with purchasing a used vehicle without warranty, I did not expect the team to be so willing to fix the problem. After I wrecked and "totaled" my 2011 Prius, my oldest daughter tried to convince me to replace it with a bigger, heavier car. But I feel like my little Prius did a great job of protecting me, an oldest daughter tried to convince me to replace it with a bigger, heavier car. But I feel like my little Prius did a great job of protecting me, and the overall experience my husband and I had with the Prius was more convincing than my daughter's urgings. So, yesterday, January 14, 2014, we bought a new Prius, and intend to be loyal Toyota customers for the rest of our driving years. Everyone I have ever talked to who has had a Prius tells me they love it, and a few who have been driving other makes/models tell me they wish they still had their Prius. We believe it is simply the best value in the car market, and the "0%" interest speaks for itself. Thank you for making such a great car so affordable and fun to drive. More

When I came in the dealership Stacy met me there and was so nice and helpful. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. He was even helpfull with my granddaughter that was with me. She is diabetic and he got h so nice and helpful. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. He was even helpfull with my granddaughter that was with me. She is diabetic and he got her a snack while we were waiting. i think the man's name who did our paper work was Chris Mills. He was very nice also. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience buying a vehicle I've ever had. More
