I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to Toyota of Somerset, Mr. Othel Turpin and Mr. Stacy Dykes. Having just moved into the area of Somerset and looking to purc sincere appreciation to Toyota of Somerset, Mr. Othel Turpin and Mr. Stacy Dykes. Having just moved into the area of Somerset and looking to purchase an automobile I was at a loss whom to turn to. While doing business with Lookout Marine Sales of Somerset and in one of our conversation I mentioned that I was looking for a good used car from a dealer that was trustworthy. Through a telephone call to Mr. Turpin I was told that I would be well taken care of and when my business was finished with Lookout Marine Sales to stop by Toyota of Somerset. Upon my arriving I was greeted by Mr. Dykes and after the initial greetings and the first five minutes of our conversation I had the feeling that yes I was at the right dealership. Mr. Dykes was not only polite, professional and fully understood my needs but I also felt that I had found someone who would be honest with me and throughtout our conversation I was very comfortable talking and dealing with Mr. Dykes. Within a short period of time we found a vehicle that not only suited my needs but was within what I wanted to spend. While sitting in Mr. Dyke's office and finishing up the required paperwork Mr. Turpin walked in and asked if everything was alright to which I expressed my satisfaction with Toyota of Somerset. Mr. Dykes not only made sure all the paperwork was handled correctly but also called my insurance company USAA where I purchased the required insurance over the phone. Within an hour the vehicle was mine and I was driving off the dealer's lot. Not only am I completely satisfied with the vehicle but with the outstanding service I received from Mr. Dykes and Toyota of Somerset. I would recommend this dealer and Mr. Dykes to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used automobile. We knew what model and options we wanted, Somerset Toyota had it, and in just a few hours we were driving our new vehicle home. Prior to departure, we received a very detailed vehicle orientation, which made it a breeze to personalize most of the electronic options. We have a Toyota dealer just 20 minutes from our house, but are very glad to have driven 60 minutes to this one! More

Our overall experience was good with Toyota of Somerset. I did ask for a call back from Mr. Dykes for information about whether or not the rearend leak had been fixed in the initial check on the vehicle whe I did ask for a call back from Mr. Dykes for information about whether or not the rearend leak had been fixed in the initial check on the vehicle when it came into the dealership and did not recieve that call (even after my husband sent a photo of our concern via text message). Apparently it had not been checked/fixed because we had our local transmission shop replace the leaking seal this morning to prevent damage to the vehicle. So in closing I have to say that I would have expected someone with Mr. Dykes tenure with your company to know what the mechanics check and do not check or at least have the courtesy to give a call back and advise us that we need to have it checked out. We purchased a used 2007 Toyota Sienna Van from Toyota of Somerset. Stacy Dykes was our sales associate. Over all the experience was great. Due to being satisfied with the service he provided at that time, we decided we wanted to deal with him once we did decide to purchase our next vehicle. I had been watching the internet for the used Toyota Sienna's with low mileage. I was very happy when they received the van we purchased because we got a van that we are very happy with. The dealership also made the whole process "painless" as I told them when signing the paperwork. Thanks to Stacy for his help and we will look forward to dealing with him again in the future! More

We have been to several dealerships in somerset Ky and by far this is the best place we have been. They are friendly and very helpful my wife and I both got what we wanted. I bought my new 2011 Corolla over the phone.
