Our salesperson, Stacy Dykes, did an excellent job at going over all the features and benefits of the Prius as well a making sure that we knew about all facets of Toyota Care and the warranty. He introduced us to the parts and service managers as well a making sure we had access to his personal cell number and email address where he would be accessible to answer questions once we left the dealership. The paperwork process was very organized and Stacy did an excellent job along with Chris Mills in the business office of making sure we understood every option we had for purchase as well as extended warranty options. We are also very appreciative of the deal that we got on the new Prius; we felt that is was an excellent deal and many thanks to General Manager, Chris Gambill for working with us on the price. More

I found Sommerset Toyota on the internet they had the vehicle in stock that we were looking for. They quoted me a price over the phone which was nearly $2000.00 cheaper than any of the Toyota dealership vehicle in stock that we were looking for. They quoted me a price over the phone which was nearly $2000.00 cheaper than any of the Toyota dealerships in our area. My wife and I drove 4.5 hr.s and found every thing stated to us on the phone to be accurate. We quickly agreed to a price, completed the paperwork, and was given a tour of our new vehicle.
