My Audi Q7 went in for a 35,000 check. Stacy Samuel called to let me know that while checking my car they recommended new front brakes and rotors. I agreed and Stacy said she would let me know when the care would be ready the next day. She called and it was ready when we got there to pick it up. From beginning to end the service appt when smoothly because of good communication. Stacy Samuel has always taken good care of us and our cats and we always ask for her!!!
