Routine Service Stacy Samuel welcomed me, took care of me, my car and even got me a Uber ride back and forth to work. She was very accommodating and friendly. Excellent Service and Very Welcoming Atmosphere I took my vehicle in because I needed to have a side-view mirror replaced( the glass had de-laminated). I called to make an appointment with Stacy Sam I took my vehicle in because I needed to have a side-view mirror replaced( the glass had de-laminated). I called to make an appointment with Stacy Samuel and I was booked to be seen the next day. The ease of scheduling an appointment over the phone was excellent. When I arrived the next day, I was greeted with open arms by Stacy and she assured me that the service will be quick. As soon as I handed my keys over it seemed that no more than fifteen minutes had passed before I was given my keys back and my service was finished. The quality of work was excellent and the atmosphere at Walter's Audi is always incredible. I highly recommend working with Stacy, she makes you feel right at home at Walter's Audi and makes sure you have the best quality of service. More
