Great customer service but poor service Mychel Heffner had great customer service and I was treated excellent while dropping my car off, however I am very unhappy with the decision that the Mychel Heffner had great customer service and I was treated excellent while dropping my car off, however I am very unhappy with the decision that the service technicians were unable to work on my car, just because it had aftermarket parts. An audi is still an audi even though aftermarket parts were put on my 2004 s4. More
