2023 with serious problems of unacceptable noises in a car from such a prestigious brand, they give me an appointment at WALTER AUDI in Riverside, quite far from my house.
Although the problem remains, and Audi insist that it is normal, I want to make clear that both, Stacy Samuel and Mario, Lead of technical mechanic team, were extremely friendly and professional. They knew how to answer each of my question and showed a very particular interest in my case, holding the car for about 36 hours to try to solve the problem, making a car rental available at no cost to me. Excellent is the right word for the professionalism and customer service of Stacy and Mario. Thanks Walter Audi of Riverside.
