She understood my concerns, as I was buying a car for my daughter, and worked with me to find the perfect option. Her knowledge and objectivity of the cars, their safety and reliability ratings helped me make a very informed decision. She even had the car delivered to my house for a test drive. It was such a wonderful experience I will never deal with anyone else again. Honesty and integrity from the start and I was never pushed or hurried. Great experience I have always wanted a Cadillac SUV but really could not afford one, so I opted for a new Honda Pilot. 8 months later, Stacy called me to tell me she I have always wanted a Cadillac SUV but really could not afford one, so I opted for a new Honda Pilot. 8 months later, Stacy called me to tell me she got a clean, almost new, two year old Escalade in on trade and that she thought of me immediately (I'm very picky). She said I could trade out of my Pilot and get into the Cadillac. I was thrilled!! I test drove the Caddie and fell in love. It's beautiful. Now it's mine ;) and I am so happy! Thank you Stacy! He then proceeded to introduce me to D&M Leasing Consultant- Stacy Snead. Over a brief phone conversation, Stacy very professionally captured my parameters on what I was looking for and offered recommendations that best fit based on the lease characteristics of different makes and models that fit my parameters. In the process, she "under committed and over delivered" which made for a customer experience second to none. She located the vehicle I was looking for with the exact options at the right lease price. She even went as far as picking up the vehicle from the dealer where it was purchased on a Saturday no less and delivered it to the D&M Leasing Mid-Cities office which could not have been more convenient for me. It was an effortless process on my part due to her attention to detail and wealth of experience.
