Only once did a family situation happen that Stacy decided to put me in contact with another lady the same hour to make sure I had the attentions needed. No balls were dropped, we still had our car in 2 days. My wife and I are now on our 5th with D&M/Stacy I finally had the pleasure of meeting Stacy this weekend in person, when she was delivering my General Manager and his wife a tundra, jeep and delivering my wife a highlander and me a new tundra. 4 vehicle drops in one day and 300 miles away was pretty impressive and the fact that she and her friends took the time to do it themselves. So car deliveries are one thing, but we also had our 5 year olds birthday. At the time that Stacy and Pam arrived with the new vehicles, my wife was a little stressed that the party was starting in 30 minutes and we weren't finished decorating. So what does a lady and her friend do, that I've never met before? They go to the back yard and start decorating the back yard and getting it ready for about 30 minutes while I signed the paper work. Pam took the time to grab some chaulk and write my daughter a big "Happy Birthday Madisyn" on the patio!. It was absolutely beautiful and she loved it. I wish I could post a picture. I made the biggest mistake 2 years ago making an impulse buy at a dealership. I can't change my impulse to buy or lease a car fast, but I will never make the mistake of going to a regular dealership again. I can honestly say I love D&M leasing and love the relational and fun side that Stacy brings. Watch out! She's a bundle of energy!.
