Needing to purchase a new vehicle, one of our stops was to Mel Hambelton. We were lucky enough to have Stan Bogdan walk out to greet us. Over the years, we have had many unpleasant experiences buying vehic to Mel Hambelton. We were lucky enough to have Stan Bogdan walk out to greet us. Over the years, we have had many unpleasant experiences buying vehicles. But this purchase through Stan was so far the best. He knew what we wanted, pointed out different options, was NEVER pushy, understood that we did not want to get in over our head and dealt with us in a way that we have never experienced before. Worked with us, talked with us, went over several options with us. Did NOT pressure us. Best salesman ever and we have dealt with many over the years. I am so happy with the service I got in purchasing my car with this dealership. I had never bought a car before and had lots of questions and concerns, but they all were answered and addressed and I was able to walk out of the dealership with my purchase completely satisfied and worry free. Even when I had questions long after the purchase, I was able to go back and talk with my dealer and receive the help that I needed. This dealership went out of their way to get me the perfect car for me and help make sure that Purchasing it was even better. Stan Bogdan is the BEST SALES guy we have EVER dealt with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We did go into the dealership knowing what we wanted. He did not pressure us into getting something we did not want or couldn't afford. Stan was also very understanding of our two young ones and helped make sure we were all comfortable during our buying experience. The paperwork was smooth and we did not have a long wait. Before we left,Austin Taylor from the Delivery Team , went through all of the technology in the vehicle and helped set up my phone to sync with the vehicle. He also made sure I understood all the other features in the vehicle. I have already recommended Mel Hamilton Ford to a few of my friends and explained that Mel Hamilton is the right choice when purchasing a new vehicle! We will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the future. More

Our experiance with Mel Hambelton Ford far exceeded our expectations. Prior to buying our 2012 Taurus we visted numerous dealers in Wichita and found them to be pushy, uninformed or not caring about our ne expectations. We visited Mel Hambleton Ford on December 29, 2011 and met Stan Bogdan, he turned out to be a "diamond in the rough" for us. Stan was very informative, listned to our needs and understood what we wanted in our new vehicle. We returned late in the afternoon on the 31st of December 2011, and decided to purchase our Taurus, Stan and all of the team went above and beyond to ensure that we recieved what we consider the best and fairest deal that we could get. Stan wasn't concerned with his New Years Eve celabrations, his only concern was for us to drive away with our new car and a smile on our faces. Because of Stan we decided to purchase a new truck from Mel Hambelton Ford six months later. Stan once again made our experiance a pleasure instead of a dreaded hassle. He went to bat for us, making sure we got the extras that we were looking for at a very fair price. The dealership took care of registering our new truck, it took some time to get it comepleted and Stan made sure that we were kept informed on its progress. I concider Stan a be "new friend". When shopping for a vehicle we always test numerous vehicle throughout Wichita. We visited Mel Hambelton 3 times and each time we were there, the service we received was absolutely awesome. Stan was absolutely wonderful in all the help he gave us. We were made to feel very comfortable in looking at SUV's. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. When we told him what we were looking for he found me the perfect SUV. We were treated awesomely and the next time we are looking for a vehicle, we will be back to Mel Hambelton and will be looking Stan up. More

I had an outstanding experience at Mel Hambelton. I saw, online, the exact 2011 Mustang GT I wanted, so I went to the dealership and inquired about it. It just happened to be loaned out to a customer while online, the exact 2011 Mustang GT I wanted, so I went to the dealership and inquired about it. It just happened to be loaned out to a customer while her new Mustang was on order. My sales rep, Stan Bogdan, went out of his way to make arrangements to go exchange the Mustang I wanted (the one the other customer had) with another Mustang they had on the lot. We took it for a test drive, Stan showed me some cool stuff about the car, and I was sold. We worked out the details over my lunch break (which included adding racing stripes) and we closed on the purchase a little later that day. Love the car...loved the buying experience...Stan was awesome (highly recommend him by the way!) and the financing and closing was seamless. I will definitely go back to Mel Hambelton to purchase again in the future! :o) ~Doug More
