Picked up my A3 today and it could not have been smoother Audi Meadowlands was great from start to finish! My sales person Stanislaw (Stan) Boksz greeted me when i arrived. we chatted a bit about what model Audi Meadowlands was great from start to finish! They didnt have the car in stock and it had to be built in Germany. Stan came up with a great price for my trade and gave me the bottom line number. Audi Meadowlands was great from start to finish! My sales person Stanislaw (Stan) Boksz greeted me when i arrived. we chatted a bit about what model and color car i wanted. i wanted a A3 in Monsoon Gray. My out of pocket cost was lower than the previous two dealers i visited. We finalized the paperwork and Stan said the car would be in in about six weeks. He kept me in the loop with frequent email updates. two days before i was going to pick up the car, Stan called and explained what i needed to bring to finalize the deal (money was very important :). i arrived on Saturday and greeted by Stan. We went over a few things and went over the the F&I person, who finalized the paper work.. After the paperwork was completed. stan and i went over to MY car and got in. Stan spent over a half hour answering my questions and explaining the technology of the various controls. I CANT STRESS ENOUGH HOW HAPPY I WAS WITH AUDI MEADOWLANDS AND STAN AS MY SALESPERSON. Great experience!!! I have recently leased an 2019 A3 at Audi Meadowlands. This was my 2nd experience at this dealership as I had leased a 2016 A3 3yrs ago. I loved the c I have recently leased an 2019 A3 at Audi Meadowlands. This was my 2nd experience at this dealership as I had leased a 2016 A3 3yrs ago. I loved the car so much I wanted to continue with the same model. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went to the dealership by my sales person Stan Boksz was extremely helpful and we quickly put together an order!! My car took about a month to come in from factory in which Stan would update me every week. Once it did come in he was so incredibly nice that he drove the car to my house since I was very busy at work and couldn't make the dealership!! Turns out Stan lives in my town and offered so generously to bring me the paperwork and new car!! It was the easiest, fastest and most pleasant experience I have had leasing a car!!! Talk about customer service!!! Truly was the nicest gesture any sales person has done for me!! I would highly recommend not only AUDI meadowlands but Stan Boksz as your sales person!!!! I will be going back in another 3yrs for sure!!! More

Easy, Painless, Stress free, car buying process Having gotten a recommendation from a friend on this dealership got us in the door knowing we would be taken care of. From viewing the models we were interested in, to then narrowing down the car, test driving it and going through the paperwork- it couldn't have been easier. Stan was very knowledgeable about each model we looked at. Any questions we had he had an answer for. When the car was ready to be driven home- he went through all the features of the car to make sure we were comfortable enough with it. I would absolutely come back in the future and would also recommend this dealership to others. More

Everyone we personally dealt with from Stan to Alex to Christine were all just fantastic!! The salesman Stan was top notch and answered all of my questions and concerns. He followed up with me pretty much through the entire process within minutes of contacting him whether it be with a question I had and allayed any concerns I may have had with my purchase. I can't say enough good things about Stan but will say he is definitely an asset to your organization. Since this was a used vehicle purchase there were some minor concerns that I had but they were quickly and easily dealt with to my satisfaction by Stan and the Service Manager Alex. Ms. Christine Pham handled any and all of my trepidations with the actual financing of the vehicle and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with my purchase. As for Mr Edwin Mercedes, the General Manager, although I did not personally meet with him I was contacted via email to ensure that there were no outstanding issues with the vehicle that needed to be addressed and that the entire experience was to my satisfaction which it was. The level of service I have enjoyed at Audi Meadowlands is pretty much unparalleled and that is why I do intend on revisiting it in the future. Even when I bought my first vehicle in on occasion for scheduled service it was completely stress and hassle free dealing with the employees I have dealt with at this dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or lease an Audi. More
