Customer Service that Doesn't End With the Sale I purchased my jeep and the process was good from beginning to end. The jeep runs great and I walked away feeling I received a good deal. Weeks after I purchased my jeep and the process was good from beginning to end. The jeep runs great and I walked away feeling I received a good deal. Weeks after I purchased my jeep I had a question about a few of the many features on my jeep. My salesman Stanley had gone over every button and lever in the jeep upon delivery maybe I should have paid closer attention. I called Stanley and explained my issues and asked my many questions he walked me through all the bells and whistles again very patiently. And when my questions required technical assistance he was very helpful and quickly put me in touch with a service technician and I received a quick and painless resolution to my issue via phone which saved me a trip to the dealer. This is proof that good customer service doesn't end with the sale. Thanks Stan. More
