Totally different experience than at other dealerships I visited three Jeep dealerships on Long Island looking for a used Jeep. It's a totally different experience at East Hills. The others weren't terribl I visited three Jeep dealerships on Long Island looking for a used Jeep. It's a totally different experience at East Hills. The others weren't terrible, but they were vaguely sketchy as one might expect when shopping for a used car. The experience at East Hills was actually quite pleasant. Rob Picoli is super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. When he wasn't there, Stan Ewing filled in seamlessly for him. Rob had communicated everything to Stan already so I didn't have to start over. Mike Grimaldi, the used car manager, and Mike Thomas, the finance manager, are both total professionals. I just had my first experience with the service department. Not surprisingly, it's also great. Fortunately I found the vehicle I wanted at East Hills because I can't even imagine having to deal with any of the the other places I visited. If you have an option among Jeep dealerships, I recommend East Hills. More

I purchased a used vehicle, and it needed a slight touch up due to some parking lot nicks, an I'm extremely enjoying my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
