He helped me pick out the vehicle that was perfect for us, and he went up and beyond with his time without the pressure of buying, and his knowledge of each vehicle and model actually amazed me. Stan, even set up an appointment for me on his own time a few days after the sale. From top to bottom this dealership has treated us as guests and the end result was a perfect vehicle for our family. Great Employee I want to thank Stan Gabrovski on his service to me. He took the time to explain everything about the car. I was displeased with the finance departme I want to thank Stan Gabrovski on his service to me. He took the time to explain everything about the car. I was displeased with the finance department dealing with the loan. I was not looking for a loan and did not know that a check was required. I also did not like that i could not use my Bank to do the financing at a lower rate. I also did not like that I had to pay interest on my loan. It took 10 days before the paper work got to the bank to begin the loan process and there was no way I could pay the loan off before the 10 days of interest had accrued on the account of $7.51. I was that it could be reimbursed back to me or at least some discounted coupons for future service be sent to me. More

I called the warranty company for instructions to cancel the policy. I was instructed to call the Finance Manager from the dealer that I purchased the vehicle. I called and asked to speak with the Finance Manager, who stated that I could not cancel the policy until the documents came back from the bank. I called the warranty company to let them know that the Finance Manager needed to wait until the package came back from the bank and I was worried it would exceed the 30 day period. The warranty service representative stated that "I could cancel the policy at any time." Now I am very concerned that I'm not being told the truth by the Finance Manager. More

We are a returning customer of his and again, he never failed to provide us with an outstanding service. We were planning to get an AWD SUV and after walking us through with all the necessary details, we got hooked. The test drive went very smoothly. Stan covered all the features that I needed to know and made me feel confident that it's the right car. As a matter of fact, I just don't like it, I LOVE it!
