I was very apprehensive and defensive about car dealers based on previous attempts to buy a vehicle. The staff ,especially Stan Grabowski and the finance person completely changed my opinion. I have nothing bad to say about my (and my son's) experience at Towson Hyundai. Everyone was attentive and seemed to go out of their way to try and assist us -- even to the point of offering a decen experience at Towson Hyundai. Everyone was attentive and seemed to go out of their way to try and assist us -- even to the point of offering a decent trade.in value on a car that needed a lot of help. I would indeed recommend them to anyone who'd ask. More

Stan is the man! He was very patient in finding the exact Hyundai Sonata I wanted. I had my heart set on the the Pacific Blue Pearl color and he found it! We liked this car buying experience because we were given information we requested regarding the car, without the salesman being too pushy or aggressive. He was friendly, and professional. Great sales staff! They really made me feel like a valued customer and went out of their way to get me the exact car that I wanted while still being open to negotiation. We compared automobiles on line, and then decided which ones we wanted to test drive. The Hyundai was very highly rated,and when we checked dealers through USAA, Heritage was one of the dealers that they ones we wanted to test drive. The Hyundai was very highly rated,and when we checked dealers through USAA, Heritage was one of the dealers that they mentioned. Friends of ours had purchased a Hyundai at Heritage and were pleased, so we gave it a try. Stan had emailed a quote to us regarding the vehicle we were considering, and also called about coming in to talk to him. So...we did. Stan got a car for us to test drive. The car was not the color that we had originally wanted, but it had the features that we wanted. We ended up buying it... a white Sonata Limited. We really didn't intend to buy that day, but we did. We were very pleased with the service. Stan explained so much about the car and made sure that we understood all the features. We felt it was important to him that we understood everything. He even programmed our phones to the bluetooth option. We feel that we were treated very well, and guided along the buying process by someone who cared. More

After a long day of visiting dealers and being exhausted from the process, arriving at Heritage Hyundai was a breath of fresh air! We were very pleased with the friendly and informative customer service th from the process, arriving at Heritage Hyundai was a breath of fresh air! We were very pleased with the friendly and informative customer service that we received from Stan and the rest of the team. Stan was very helpful in answering all of our questions and dealing with us in a professional manner that was not overbearing. This car shopping experience was very satisfying, and we did not have any hesitations about purchasing a Sonata through Stan and Heritage Hyundai. My husband and I went car shopping one day and ended up buying from the first place we stopped. We liked the no-pressure shopping they allowed us to do. We were not followed around by an annoying salesman buying from the first place we stopped. We liked the no-pressure shopping they allowed us to do. We were not followed around by an annoying salesman as we browsed the lot. When we did decide to test-drive the Sonata, Stan was wonderful. He was informative, friendly, and down-to-earth. We were very much at ease with him throughout the entire purchasing process. We were also pleasantly surprised when they offered to buy our SmartBuy leased Saturn VUE from us, which saved us quite a bit of hassle and money we were expecting to pay in mileage overage, etc. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Rest assured this is a great dealership! George picked me up at the airport and we breezed through the paper work.I was shown the work sheet of repairs done to bring this car up to snuff.
