Service Personnel should be more friendly I bought my car in to get my condenser replaced. The service person I dealt with was very condescending. I did not appreciate how he spoke to me. E I bought my car in to get my condenser replaced. The service person I dealt with was very condescending. I did not appreciate how he spoke to me. Everything I said or did he had something to say about it. He had comments about where I parked my car in the breezeway, where I stood in line, and how my car was not recalled. When a customer comes in the get a problem fixed with their car that was due to poor assembly, we don’t need that type of attitude. I already had to take off from work. It should be more of pleasant attitude to keep up coming back although I was inconvenienced. This is the second time I dealt with a rude service agent. This maybe my last Honda. More

Took it somewhere else and and watched them unscrew the plug with NO difficulty. WHY DID THAT TECHNICIAN LIE? More

Great friendly service all the time I took my car in for an oil change. I was told it was going to take about an hour and I was in and out within 45 minutes.
