Service was not the most pleasant place. I Purchased my car on Thursday and picked it up Friday. I heard a sound called and Stanley told me to pop the hood an was not the most pleasant place. The car should have been up to par when I purchased it. More

Always greeted & taken care of in a timely matter No matter what situation I have with my vehicle, I can always count on Piazza to help fix the problem. TOWED IN I had oil pan light flashing in car , once towed Dawn was on the case, she had the problem solved and found other important work that needed to be do I had oil pan light flashing in car , once towed Dawn was on the case, she had the problem solved and found other important work that needed to be done. I was informed of the time needed for repair and had a estimate that was close to money I needed. I don't live near this dealership , but I love the atmosphere there. I lost my repair money in the ladies room, the staff was helpful in telling me what to do, no one returned it. I ask Dawn to let me know if the finder returns it at a later date. I still love this honda dealership more than the others it has a calm atmosphere and they do great work ,. I never had to come back for a re do of any work. I took my car in for inspection I have dealt with Piazza and their service center for many years and have nothing but great things to say about the courteous staff and efficient work I have dealt with Piazza and their service center for many years and have nothing but great things to say about the courteous staff and efficient work they do. The only thing I would comment on is that it took 2'weeks to get an appointment. More

Quick and easy! I took my car to get an inspection done and they told me it would take about 2 hours and it only took about an hour!
