Honda Inspection Each time I bring my car in to be serviced, it seems I must follow up with 2 or 3 return trips, I drive off the lot and within 24 hours service light Each time I bring my car in to be serviced, it seems I must follow up with 2 or 3 return trips, I drive off the lot and within 24 hours service light reminders come back on the dash. I return back, the car is rechecked and am told that the tech forgot to clear the code. I just don't have the time to make follow-ups after every appointment. Most recently I had my car inspected on Monday, June 10. I was advised that the car needed brakes, etc. I got the brakes and returned within a week because the were making excessive noise. I do feel the employees are friendly, I am thankful for that. More

Terrible I decided to go to this dealership because it is closer to my house and Scott Honda made me wait 3 hours just to reset my computer in my truck. That w I decided to go to this dealership because it is closer to my house and Scott Honda made me wait 3 hours just to reset my computer in my truck. That was at 61,000. I brought my truck there originally because my emissions systems problem light came on. Brought the truck to my mechanic and the code for cat showed up. He informed me take it to the dealership that is covered under warranty til 80k. So Scott Honda said that code showed up too but just reset the computer and it went off. 11,000 miles and 3 months later it came on again. I decided to take it to into piazza o get it looked at. I had to wait two weeks and in that span the light would go and off every couple of days. Brought it in, the service counter guy was nice and after an hour informed me the Cat code showed up and most likely fuel injectors would need to be replaced. I asked why this wasn’t addressed before and he said Scott dropped the ball. My truck has 73,000 miles and the injectors were only covered up to 70,000. I spoke with the manager and explained the situation to him I took it to Scott and they said they fixed it and now this issue is gonna cost me 1100 dollars out of pocket because I’m 3,000 miles over warranty. The guy wouldn’t even work with me basically said that’s the cost and there’s nothing they can do. He can call Honda in California and see but i would have to wait for 3 hours for him to reach someone there due to time difference. He also said the $1100 to replace Injectors and it would be done in 3 hours. That’s important to note there. So I told the guy behind the desk tell him i don’t want anything to do with you guys handling my truck and give me my truck back, wrote down the codes I’m going to back to Scott or to my mechanic to get it fixed. After I said this he told me his manager was on the phone with Honda California and he “got the guy on his cell” mind you it’s 7 am in California. They came back after another hour and said “ok they will give you 60% towards the fix but it’s gonna take 7-10 days”. So basically they were squeezing me and punishing me because I put up a fight to get it reduced due to the situation. So it would be 3 hours if I paid in full but if I took the 60% towards the truck deal it would take 7-10 days. How does that make sense? It didn’t I said would you atleast give me a rental this is my everyday driver, rental from enterprise would’ve cost me $350 so no rental. I said I can’t do that and left. It’s the most frustrating interaction I’ve ever had given the circumstances. My wife is trading her Acura in at the end of the summer and we are looking to get a passport eXL model but we will not be getting it from piazza Honda in Springfield. They left such a bad taste in my mouth basically showed me they don’t care about me as a potential customer or someone that needed a problem addressed right away. One star terrible. Frank the service manager is the worst. More

Quick service I was please with the time frame in which my car was done but this would be the second time I am bringing the car in for recall service. Since your company had called me the first time regarding the recall I believe since you knew what was needed for the repairs all the parts should have been ordered beforehand. I went there two times and it is still not completed. I am grateful for the work already done but it takes gas to go back and forth to get this work done. More
