Left out to dry Dropped my car off at 10:00AM. Had a missed call at 12PM saying work had to be done. I gave them the ok to do everything at 1:00PM. They gave me no ti Dropped my car off at 10:00AM. Was told there closed and I asked if I can pick up car on Sunday. Was told there closed and cant come till Monday. MONDAY! The begging of a work week. How do i get to Honda? How do i drop my son off to day care? Its unacceptable i was left hanging with no answers. I should have been called Saturday to say "hey it wont be ready how can we accommodate you" or "hey we are sorry but you can come till Monday" allowing me to make plans. I am extremely disappointed. More

Poor customer service I was being told that when 3 tires for $110 each and would get the 4th one for free. Which comes down to 330$ . The service department customer servic I was being told that when 3 tires for $110 each and would get the 4th one for free. Which comes down to 330$ . The service department customer service rep told me that it will come to 497$ with mount, balance and install. When the installation has been completed the total bill came to 590$. We weren’t able to deny or refuse paying them . I will never recommend anyone going to the Honda dealership in Springfield to get any tires More

Inconvenient Recall I had a second airbag recall. I called to schedule an appointment and learned that a loaner car would not be available despite the Honda paperwork say I had a second airbag recall.
