Left out to dry Dropped my car off at 10:00AM. Had a missed call at 12PM saying work had to be done. I gave them the ok to do everything at 1:00PM. They gave me no ti Dropped my car off at 10:00AM. Had a missed call at 12PM saying work had to be done. I gave them the ok to do everything at 1:00PM. They gave me no time table on when its ready. I called at 5:15PM to ask for an update. Was told there closed and I asked if I can pick up car on Sunday. Was told there closed and cant come till Monday. MONDAY! The begging of a work week. How do i get to Honda? How do i drop my son off to day care? Its unacceptable i was left hanging with no answers. I should have been called Saturday to say "hey it wont be ready how can we accommodate you" or "hey we are sorry but you can come till Monday" allowing me to make plans. I am extremely disappointed. More

Poor customer service I was being told that when 3 tires for $110 each and would get the 4th one for free. Which comes down to 330$ . The service department customer servic I was being told that when 3 tires for $110 each and would get the 4th one for free. Which comes down to 330$ . The service department customer service rep told me that it will come to 497$ with mount, balance and install. When the installation has been completed the total bill came to 590$. We weren’t able to deny or refuse paying them . I will never recommend anyone going to the Honda dealership in Springfield to get any tires More

Inconvenient Recall I had a second airbag recall. I called to schedule an appointment and learned that a loaner car would not be available despite the Honda paperwork say I had a second airbag recall. Then, it was pouring rain when I dropped it off at night and the key drop was nearly impossible to find. Another customer and I were walking around in the rain trying to find it. More

Pleased as usual Kudos to Stan and Bill. They were very nice, helpful and caring. They both went out of their way to work with me, which is greatly appreciated Kudos to Stan and Bill. I have people comment to me about taking the car somewhere besides the car dealer, especially as it is an old car with a lot of miles. I tell them I take it to you as it is always a positive experience and you are sensitive to working with me and how much it will be. More
