Short Wait Time Express Service Concerned I had an issue with my tire and since I purchased the Sentinel warranty when I bought my CRV I went to my Honda Dealer. The service was fast Concerned I had an issue with my tire and since I purchased the Sentinel warranty when I bought my CRV I went to my Honda Dealer. The service was fast and the service writer efficient and pleasant. My tire had a nail that was promptly repaired and I was on my way in about 35 minutes. More

No appointment I had realized that I had missed my annual inspection for my CRV and I didn’t have an appointment but I called Honda and explained my issue to the ser I had realized that I had missed my annual inspection for my CRV and I didn’t have an appointment but I called Honda and explained my issue to the service representative and he suggested that I leave the car and they would try and fit my inspection in, that was Thursday and Friday before noon I received a call from Honda saying my car was ready for pickup! I truly appreciate the time and effort that was demonstrated by the Honda representatives to resolve my issue. Thanks again! More

Service adviser was courteous. New CR-V had bad battery and it was replaced without any charge. However, car was not finished same day to install top rails adviser was courteous.
